CHARMCITY PHOTO FEST is a photographer-led non-profit organization that turns Baltimore's public spaces into free, open-air galleries. An accessible festival celebrating multi-generational photographers who document our city, amplifying the communities they portray, and inviting all to experience great photography without cost, barrier, or prerequisite. Our inaugural launch will be May 2027 at the newly renovated Rash Field Park.
